This application is for recreational mountain users, it should not be relied on to give accurate locations or for the use as a safety device, nor is the application warrenteed for any specific purpose.

It is your responsibilty to assess danger both on-piste and off-piste, you should follow all mountain warnings and abide by the mountain code. This application is designed to take readings while the device is in your pocket.

Never ski with the device in your hand – you may damage the device or collide with other users or objects on the mountain.

Never ski outside of your ability you may endanger other mountain users resulting in serious injure or death.

You may use the Latitude and Longitude displays at your own risk if you need to summon rescue services but we do not guarrentee the accuracy due to GPS, hardware and other limitations.

The Location quality should not be relied on.

We recommend that the battery monitor option is activated, this will reduce the chance of the GPS draining the battery completely, allowing you to continue to make and receive calls if required.

For your safety we recomend that you place your device in an inside jacket pocket where by the device can not move in such a way that could cause injury.

It is your responsibility to understand the dangers on the mountain and to assess these dangers, always make use of qualified guides if you are unsure, never go off-piste alone and always tell someone where you are going.

We are absolutely not responsible for any damage, consequential or otherwise resulting directly or indirectly from the use of this product.

Privacy

If you email us we will retain your email address for us to respond to a query or contact you regarding Ski Tracks. We will NEVER give your personal information to anyone outside of Core Coders Ltd. You may unsubscribe from any corrospondance from us by simply emailing skitracks@corecoders.com and putting UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

By sharing your data with us you are agreeing to allow us to use this data to help us improve our products, for marketing purposes or for creating further services.

Delete Account / Data Request

If you have created a login and wish us to delete your account and/or all your data then please contact us at support@corecoders.com.

We may need to ask further security questions to confirm your authenticity.

Once instructed to delete your account then we will remove your account and/or data.
