What we collect (Website)
As with all online systems, we need to maintain a level of security, for this purpose and for maintenance reasons we record access to all our systems.
This includes the following information
- Login Attempts both failed and successful
- IP Addresses
- Region information if available
In addition if you provide information from a form then we will store this securely.
Our applications may store information from the devices sensors including and not limited to location, activity and motion. This information maybe stored on our secure web services as a online storage and retrieval of your application data in addition to other device backup services. We may also store photo images that are attached to data within our applications, all photo images will be stored securely.
Our Applications Do Not Enforce Sign Up
Unlike other application companies we do not enforce you to signup to use our applications.
For some features you may by required to signup or use an anonymous account. For example a feature such as a Leaderboard would require you to create an account.
If you do not sign up your data will remain private on your device, however it is your responsibility to ensure you backup and secure your data.
We DO NOT give out personal information
You personal information is private, information given to us will remain on our secure systems. We will NEVER give you personal information to a 3rd party, unless you specifically opt in to allow this or if required to so by law.
Most of our applications allow you to share data via other services such as Facebook, Twitter and other applications. If you share your data to these services you accept that your data is provided by you to a 3rd party. We do not control the use of this data once you share to an external service.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping and security.
- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

Delete Account / Data Request

Once instructed to delete your account then we will remove it immediately.
