You will need to provide your login email and full name for your account. We may ask further security questions to confirm the account is yours.

You must also email your request from the email registered to your account.

Once instructed to delete your account and/or data this will be done immediately – any data on your phone will remain.

You may also use the report issue feature in our apps to request this.
